  1. What is Prosum portal?

    Prosum portal is a single-window access to conduct several useful day-to-day transactions and services online. These include Worldwide Remittances, Bill Payments and Online Purchases. Many more services have been conceived and planned and will be launched in a phased manner.

  2. Who is the promoter of Prosum portal?

    Prosum portal is owned and promoted by
    Prosum fzc.

    Prosum fzc is a Payments Services Provider (PSP) enabling Direct Debit Payments and Credit Card Payments in UAE. This service is provided to Merchants desiring to receive payments through their alternate channels such as Web, Mobile and IVR.

    Other services include:
    • Credit Card Fraud Prevention Systems
    • I.T Security Services and Solutions
    • RFID / NFC Solutions
    • Mobility Solutions

  3. Who provides the services listed on this portal?

    All listed Services are provided through our carefully chosen Merchant Partners in related fields.

    Prosum only facilitates and provides the infrastructure and platform for such merchants to offer their products and services online and benefit from our ever-increasing traffic and customer base.

    For example:
    • Money Remittance services are provided through reputed Exchange Houses that are registered and governed by UAE Central Bank.
    • Air-Tickets, when introduced later, would be provided through registered Airline Agents in UAE.

    The following banks are presently listed for Direct Debit payments:

    • Emirates Islamic Bank

  7. Who receives the payment against my transactions?

    Prosum is only a technology services provider and DOES NOT directly receive money from Customers for any transaction. Your money is securely routed from your bank or credit card directly to the Merchant providing the service.

  8. Who is responsible for my transaction?

    Prosum is responsible till such time as the merchant’s payment page is securely routed and processed by your bank or credit card company.

    Once successfully processed, the money is directly credited to the merchant’s account. From that point onwards, the merchant concerned takes the responsibility of processing your transaction and handle queries and complaints, if any. Hence, you MUST read the terms and conditions and service provisions (OR) you hereby agree to be aware of the terms and conditions and service provisions of each individual merchant you choose before proceeding with your transaction.

  9. Whom should I contact if my transaction is delayed or not fulfilled?

    In case of failure to deliver the service or any complaint or dispute, the Customer shall directly contact the Merchant who has provided that particular product or service on Prosum portal. Please refer to the individual Merchant’s website for contact details, FAQs and Terms and Conditions.

    Note, however, that Prosum has strict Service Level Agreements with each Merchant listed on this portal. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable time from the merchant concerned, you are welcome to bring the matter to our attention at info[@]prosumfzc.com . We shall soon introduce a toll-free number for access in such situations. If found genuine and repetitive, Prosum shall not hesitate even to remove such merchants from our portal and association in the best interest of our Customers.
